How do I change my look in 7 weeks?

ok it's summer and I'm going to be a sophmore next year. I'm kind of a heavy set girl and on top of all that I'm a cheerleader. I want to know how to lose inches off mystomach and thighs mostly but also how too loose more wieght. We work out three days a week. and I want everything to be toned by the time we start school which is in 7 weeks. I also would like to make my face clear up. I tend to break out with a lot of blackheads on my cheeks and chin, also pimples. Also I want my dark circles under my eyes to disapear because they look like raccoon eyes. if it helps I have my measurements for: calfs-15 3/4", ankle-9 1/2", thigh-25.5" ,butt-43.5" ,belly button-39.5" ,top abs-37.5" ,chest-43" ,neck-14.5" ,wrist-6.5" ,fore arm-11.25" ,bicep-14.75" (measured around) thank you please help!
