Stress n strain pls help its easy?

A hollow aluminium circular cylinder, 32cm tall with 5cm outside diameter and a wall thickness of 0.35cm, is used to support a compressive load L applied along the axis of the cylinder. Determine the max allowable value of L if the compressive stress is limited to 65Mpa and the deformation is limited to 0.044cm (E=70Gpa)
