Will there be a law abiding citizen 2?

At the end you see (what looks like) Clyde getting killed but i have a question the guy in the tunnel said that he has everything planned out, every step you take he will always be two steps ahead. Everything he does has a reason. So when he asked for the comfy bed was it e.g fireproof. He must have had a reason for wanting the bed?
