Whats better for building up your muscle?
alright well for like the last 8 months ive done a full body workout every 2nd day and just 1 exercise for each muscle. there has been times when i have skipped like a few weeks and stuff for being sick and yeah. but now im trying out like monday would be chest and triceps and tuesday would be back and bicep etc. and i would do 3 exercises on each muscle. now which one is better. i thought that the full body one would be better cause its every 2nd day but all my mates do the chest and tricep thing. i thought the chest thing wouldnt be as good because i wouldnt be working the same muscle as often as the full body workout but then i would be putting for stress cause theres 2 more exercises added. this is driving me nuts. please help me in detail thank you so much
