Sternum ache please help?

im 17 years old and i dont know how i get sternum ache, it just happened when i woke up the next day i just felt it, and a little pain in my back, but before that day i slept right after i went home from school and the moment i woke up it was quite discomforting, did i acquire it in my sleep actually i wasnt even able to change my position for almost 2 hours and a little pain in my upper bicep was felt, did it affect my sternum, also i have sore throat.. please help
