3 day on, one day off good workout plan?
I personally think you will be overtraining your arms with this. You're already getting stimulation in your tri's and bi's when you work chest and back. I would at least recommend putting your leg day between you chest and bi's and your back, shoulder, tricep day. Oh and you'll never be a monster if you don't eat well. Nutrition is a huge aspect when it comes to putting on muscle. This routine will work considering you don't overdo it while you train. Train hard and train smart. Good luck to you bro, and don't listen to Jeanne, are you trying to get jacked or look anorexic.
