i am starting to workout mainly for my girlfriend , not because she wants me to , but because i want to look good for her , i run alomost everyday and i eat almost right , im not going to liei eat fast food sometimes when im chillin with my friends , but not often , i do ab workouts ( crunches , leg raises , bicycle ) and i do chest and bicep workouts , so my question is am i on the right track to agood looking body that i wil be completely satisfied with ? if you have any tips that will benefit me please tell me , thanks !
