How long will it take to lose 100lbs?

add more cardio runing does wonders as far as the bicep and back work outs hold off on that till you have reached your goal cause that will had weight and bluk also nutrition is key veggies fruit rice and meats a healthy diet three times a day wiith a good excersise dont be supprise if you drop that weight in like 6 months maybe 8 but no slackin
