Should i buy HTC wildfire or dell xcd28?

i m confused between these two..i like mobiles which are latest in the trend..i prefer branded products .. which brand is better with max quality features ?..or should i go for any othr brand ..?suggest me ny good mobile phone ..my budget is upto 12 thousand..
