Currently I am doing a 2k run, 2k row, 2k bike ride, 2k on the arm cross trainer and a set of 3x10 reps on the shoulder press, chest press, bicep curl (all 10kg), adductor and abbductor (both 20kg). I go 2 days running then have a day off and so on. After the day of I add .4 to the run row and ride, and try and add 2.5kg onto the weight training every 4 gym days. Is this a good routine to get in shape? or would you suggest doing cardio one day then weights the next and have one day off a week? thanks.
